Hectic Heaven

Work sure has a way of messing up my plans:>

I havent been on as much because right now my subbing has turned into a full time deal, for a few weeks anyhow.  I  have been pretty beat by the time I get home so not much computer time.

I did manage to get to the library to get the 13 odd books I reserved about gardening

well actually they werent ALL about gardening, one of them was about building a weaving loom

And being's I am working at night at a local school, usually by myself, we decided to take the step and get some of those most annoying little cell phones....we went with a family plan, as my DH is doing the same work as me, and my DD quite often drives out from town late in the evening... so it seems  the time has come to give up and do it...now to watch us all three of us trying to figure those flustrating little gadgets out, well that was a riot in itself. I'm thinkin I might download the ring tone  bad to the bone  hahahaha...

Ive missed reading all your updates, I didnt realize how much this blog had come to mean to me... oh the homestead part of this post.. we are up to 4-5 eggs a day now

Cell phones

Oh the world of cells phones. They can save your life and drive you up a wall at the same time. My loving son used 4000 minutes this month, what a good boy he made a nice bill that HE has to pay. LOL mj

We actually save money having cell phones because we got rid of our land line that was costing us 46.00 a month for BASIC! I couldn't beleive it! Now we have all kinds of good stuff on our cells and they are cheaper than the land line. Anyway I know about the tired after work thing. That's been me all work too. What kind of work do you do? I know you are at the school, just not sure what you are doing. Anyway, have a good week!

So...

you're going to build a weaving loom? How neat! (you can tell what generation I'm from, huh?)

I couldn't do without my cell phone. I got mine years ago when I was working at night; it was one of those huge "mobile" phones in a bag that had a cord! Now of course, the one I have is so little it can almost get lost in my hand. I think you'll like it. They are so handy to have.

Now, the house phone is another story with me. I could rip it out of the wall sometimes!
