Hectic Heaven

exciting news

I have been hired back on for the summer by the district I'm working for... I will be on the custodial crew like I was last summer.... this is such and unbelievable weight lifted from my shoulders...school ends the 13th and this job starts the 18th... 

I did my spinning demo for the first grade class yesterday... I took in  angora, alpaca, mohair and generic wool for them to stick there fingers in and feel... I also showed them how to use hand carders.. they loved how fluffy it was afterwards and wanted to feel that to..... then they went to their reading groups and I worked with 5 of them at a time on the wheel.. giving each a few minutes on the spinning wheels.. they boys and girls alike were very excited.. and I think really enjoyed themselves...I enjoyed it to but it sure whupped me  lol..

It is an absolutley beautiful day here... the sun is shining and there are those big puffy spring clouds floating thru... time to go out and play....  hope you all have a wonderful day...
