sure can bite me sometimes...I was trying to think about what to have for dinner and looked in the fridge to find a BIG bag of hamburger that I had intended to freeze, so after a sniff test, (it was still good whew!) I decided it should be cooked instead of frozen first...for dinner tonight we are having salibury steaks, I also made a big pot of hamburger minestrone soup, I will freeze some and use it this week since it is rather cool right now, and browned and seasoned the rest up for taco's.. I can easily make a decent dinner when there is no time to cook or I just dont feel like it...so I guess instead of getting bitten I got blessed:>
