Spring Break

I have three more hours and I will be a free spirit for a week.. YEA!!! The last couple weeks at work have been rather rugged, the little one I work with is having a hard time keeing on task.  So I am thankful for this time to rejuvenate a bit..

We got our first egg of the season on the first day of spring:>  I dont keep  a light in the barn and so my hens usually take the winter off.  It will be nice to have fresh eggs again... the plum tree is blooming, we have some volunteer onions and cilantro popping up.... the other day I bought six more raspberry plants to finish my row of raspberrys... If I want anymore I will start my own from now on...

Daughter finally got her project off the loom and I have warped on a small project to make a small woolen bag... after it is complete I will make the strat to... I have not bee able to spin much due to the pain I am having in my shoulder...hopefully it will subside soon and I will be able to get back to spinning...I miss it...

The weather doesnt look to promising next week... we have a shoot we would like to attend sunday but if the weather is nasty I have no desire to go...not alot going on around here... hope all is well for everyone.
