Tomorrow is my daughters 24th birthday,  I have been trying to decide what to give her for her Birthday... so today I took her in and got her hair cut and styled and had her eyebrows done...she looked really nice when we left the shop...  I have been trying to get her to wear just a touch of makeup... you know to enhance things... well anyway we ventured to the mall.. she works at Macys and they have quite a few makeup lines and folks that help you out in that dept... we were looking for something that would give  her a bit of polish, but not look made up....when the lady finished I could hardly beleive the young woman sitting in front of me was my daughter....WOW!  and the best part of it.. is she felt very pretty.....

We also made a round of the clothing section and she tried on quite a few things... she did get a shirt, but I think she also found some new things she might be open to trying...

It was time to hit the  craft store so we could get a matt for a project she finished... and then walmart for the last few things we needed for her new look....

I think she had a great day even if tomorrow is actually her Birthday...  I will make a cake tomorrow and we will go out for dinner..

Hmmmmm 24 years...where did the time go.

I think I need to spin... I dont do Malls well  lol.. have a good night...

That sounds like a great time. 24 years? Seems like I was just 24. Ha! The memory does start to go. Best get some sleep.
Sleep tight.

Happy Birthday To Your Dear Daughter

Seems like only a year ago she was turning 23. LOL Seriously though, we see the passage of time move faster in our children faces than we do as adults, it wasn't that long ago you were holding her newly born body against yours with all the love a caring mother could generate, alas, babies do grow up but I'll bet she still needs you every now and then, where does the time go indeed?

Tell your daughter happy birthday!
My oldest son turned 22 in January.
He just became an ordained pastor last Sunday!
Hmm, not your typical 22 year old!
