Wednesday around the house

I worked a short day today.. Im kind of glad about that.. because since I have been home I have started feeling kind of flushed... so I guess I am probably getting some bug that is going aruond... I have taken some airborne and hope to hold it off until the weekend anyway... I will have three days off to get over anything I might have...

I had some left over chicken so I made a quick casserole, I also boiled down a ham bone tonight.. tomorrow I will make some noodles or beans with it....I am working to stretch out the food budget a bit... I am also going to boil down the chicken carcass for either soup or broth for something later on....

I havent had much time to finish the big move or do much spinning.... my wheel calls to me each time I go by...maybe tomorrow night I can spin some more.... One of the ladies at the school I worked at today, has cashmere goats... I would love to give spinning cashmere a try... and probably will lol, does anyone know it is full of grease like others wool is? or is it just sheeps wool that is  greasy?.... so far my favorite has been spinning alpaca though... but the droopiness of the fiber concerns me some...

I am having a hard time getting old gracefully....my eyes seem to be getting worse again..which trouble me greatly,. they seem to go in spurts,  It used to be I could read if the light was good without them.. the letters were kind of fuzzy but I could read them.... now they are just a fuzzy nothingness.... does anyone know if you can use contact lenses for this problem, bifocal contact lenses  hehehe.... I strongly dislike glasses...they give me headaches and I just dont like the way they look on me.... I need to get to a good eye doc and get something that will work for me.... the glasses I got last year I still have to take on and off all the time, or else look over the top... because the doc put some strength in the top part of the lense and its to strong to be comfortable... when I said something they told me I would get used to it... but I havent and here we are almost a year later.... oh well enough whining I guess. unless you want to hear about the gray hair   lol oh heck why have all the fun at once I ll save it for another post ..
