Hectic Heaven

This is what it looked like outside my house today

We had a beautiful but treacherous snowfall yesterday... the kids were let out of school at noon and they called a snow day today...these pictures were taken this morning...

The girls (below)  thought we should celebrate with an extra feeding

DH and Jessie were exploring the new snow, this it out the front of our house

They are kind of hard to see way out there.. we had about 5-6 inches...

tomorrow is a 2 hour delay in starting school because the roads are very wet and its freezing out:< 

I sat by the window and spun quite a bit today...I have almost to bobbins full,  I need to get some  linen rug warp I am going to use the wool I am spinning to weave a bag.... not much else going on around here... Hope you all had a super wonderful day..

Love that snow! I bet the kids loved having a day off to play in it.

Might get some this weekend here, keep your fingers crossed!
