Hectic Heaven

today and tomorrow...

Today  I took DD's  purse to her, and mom and I had lunch with her... then got the rest of the grocerys I need for our Christmas eve dinner... and also the stuff I need for  the candy I want to make... at our second stop I found whole chickens for .49 a lb... a great price around here.. so I bought 6 for the freezer...Hams are on sale right now for about .97 a lb.. so I bought 3 of them... I like having them occasionally thru the year.... now is the time to by prime rib if your family likes it.. they are at the best prices usually the week before Christmas...  I also found some really nice baskets for 1.99 I will use them for sample soaps... they are    very nice....

I got the kids and DH's presents wrapped tonight... the stuffers are all divided out for easy access Christmas eve night...Gone are the nights of staying up until all hours setting things up...   I have a few more things to wrap but I can enlist some help with it... since it is for nephews.

Tomorrow I will truly have the house to myself...I think  lol.. DSS is going with his dad to work... so I will try to pretty much stay home and get stuff done... DD is supposed to work tomorrow as well. but she is feeling a tad under the weather achey sore throat... she says she has... CCF= Chronic Christmas Fatigue  she works at Macy's, and their  hours have been brutal lately...

The frosty fog has passed for now, but its still very cold here... I think we may see some snow tonight.. they say rain  but its still sooo cold....

Alaina,  Almond is one of my favorit flavors as well.. I sniff it often walking by:>

I feel so much better about the sniffing thing. I thought you might think I'm weird or something! LOL And where do you shop? I could use several whole chickens and maybe a m\ham or two. I sat this morning and pretended the stuff falling down was snow. Maybe tomorrow. I gotta go for now I'm taking a shower tonight so I can use my new soap. Hummm now which one do I use? Decisions, descisions.
