Hectic Heaven

Wonderful day

I slept in this morning... I never sleep in.. and most certainly not until 9 am maybe 6:30.

I spent a good share of the day with my daughter... shopping... she has been trying to drag me to town for quite some time.... I am a homebody..I only go to town when I just have to and only go to stores I just have to go to, and I have been to town twice in the last two days, a shock to my poor ole system.... well today we wandered... visited and wandered some more....I did a bit more Christmas shopping.. in fact I am pretty much done... there is still a bit to do for my SS but my hubby enjoys doing some shopping so I left that for him to do.. or we will do it together...

My daughter bought the movie  "the devil wears prada"  and we watched it tonight... it is a cute movie...

My dear SS had a hard life lesson on what parenthesis mean in a checking account, and it isnt that you have  the amount of money in your account that it states between the parenthesis:<  He also has learned a hard lesson in the last couple of days about swearing at work...so he is out looking for work again...Hopefully he will find something soon.. and close as we are still having to haul him back and forth to work.....I guess it will all come out in the wash....

I have to go pick up a basket of soap and hopefully some more orders to fill tomorrow... DH said that one of the ladies at his school wanted him to bring the samples back as she had not had a chance to get what she wanted ordered..

We found out my foster sister is expecting, and when I was in town with my mom yesterday, we were walking down the isle with all the baby things...my DH called.. he asked me where I was and I told him I was looking at baby stuff...  DH said "what"  so thinking quick, which is something I dont do  often.. I said.. "Dear there is something I really should tell you".   LOL there was dead silence on the phone for a bit...but unfortunatley I couldnt keep from laughing...hahaha... oh well the payback is coming   it always does... but I sure enjoy getting him once in awhile..  Good night all..
