Winter weather and other thoughts

They say we are going to have snow on the valley floor tonight... I hope so.. I love it when it snows.. I get so excited.. I love to just watch those flakes flutter down...but so far it has just seemed rather cold....

I hope my wheel gets here tomorrow... I want to spin so badly but hate to start anything on the little wheel I have borrowed since I will be returning it in the next day or so...

Im feeling a bit disjointed tonight.. if that is a word.. I took a tumble out by the chicken pen tonight and  hit my head on a rock I think.... I have a small cut beside my eye and its bruising some...can you imagine getting a shiner at 45... sheesh do I ever feel like a klutz...but the rest of me is kinda sore and achey to... I guess when you go from standing to sprawled in just a few short seconds it tends to rattles things up a bit... oh well it could have been much worse than it was....

Im off to find a warm shower and a hot cup of tea... goodnight

Hi!
A fellow Oregonian and spinner to boot. I'm not very good, I'm not good at all but I love trying. About 13 yrs. ago when we were still living in Cottage Grove I joined a spinners guild in Eugene. I had a blast! I didn't learn much we moved to Southern Oregon and I just have never got back into it. I have 2 broken wheels(thanks to my little darlingsARGGG) but plan to get them fixed once we settle in our new home. I also had a little rag tag herd of sheep I was building.When we moved to Medford I had to sell them. I look forward to reading more about your adventures. Sorry about your spill. I've taken a couple myself. Is it the past 40 thing?LOL Better go for now.

I'm so sorry to hear about your tumble. I hope you have a better day tomorrow and feel better. Although, sadly to say, you know how it is... you'll probably be more sore tomorrow than today... but then after that, you should be well on your way to feeling better. Take good care.

How are you feeling today? It's not just the over 40 thing. It can happen to anyone.
