Learning to knit and other thoughts

I have made mention several times I do not know how to knit... and with my new love of spinning I decided I probably better learn to do something with all the wonderful yarn I have starting to stack up.. so I borrowed a set of needles from my mom, and found a wonderful online site ( www.Knittinghelp.com ) that is very helpful and started in...I am left handed but seem to knit right handed.. hmm maybe thats been the problem all these years Ive tried to learn.

This is what I should be doing this morning, but alas I am a  super procrastinator. Each loaf makes 16 bars of soap.

I just returned to knitting last year - had not picked up a pair of needles in many, many years. And am having so much fun. Have actually made a couple of pairs of socks. That was my goal. And now am hooked. So much fun and so relaxing.
So, am sure you will really enjoy - and you did find a very good site. I refer to it often when I am learning a new stitch.
And continue to post pictures of your progress. I am looking for a camera so I can start posting pictures.

Good for you learning to knit! It looks great! Keep it up and it will flow smother each time you work on it. Before long you will be knitting sweaters and socks for yourself and everyone else!

Very cool looking soap, mine always comes out looking yucky! Usable, but yucky!
