I woke up to a very high pitched alarm this  morning, and after some investigating, I found  it was our septic tank that was having the very noisy meltdown.  I still dont know what is wrong totally but  apparently we had a break in our pipe and the water was running right back into the tank and now its full... problem is  there is so much water on/in the ground we can hardly dig it out to see where the break is...the ground is to soft for the back hoe to get anywhere near it...oh the joys  lol... I called a company to see how much it would cost to have the tank pumped...295.00 to 360.00    Dad and I dug up what is done so far, DH will be home later and they will lift the lid and see whats up...have you ever noticed that when something goes it... its in this case raining like crazy and cold as all get out... or when the well went out it was one of the hottest days  of the summer, never fails.... must be one of Murphy's law in play.

On  a  more upbeat note my decluttering is going well, (is there a classified section on this site somewhere that I might list some of the books that need to go to new lovings homes?) the front room is done.  Need to work on the kitchen now... Hope you all have a wonderful day.

I thought that weather sounded awfully familiar! I am in Southern Oregon too and that "one" sunny day we had almost threw me over the edge! I'm so ready for Spring and gardens and sunshine and warm weather! It's been so rainy for so long. Well enough about that, just wanted to say hi to a fellow Southern Oregonian and share with you my desire for Spring as well! I too can't wait to plant and seem to do things too early, and I've lived here my whole life! Have a great day!
