I just read thru you list - love learning about others.
I lived most of my life in Medford and worked for 30 years at Harry & David. Just retired and moved to Pendleton to be near family - daughter, her husband, a grandson - soon to turn 18 and 3 granddaughters (13, 8 and 5).
I did see where said you mentioned living on a tower in the forest. In the late 50's my husband & I spent 2 summers at a Forest Service lookout in central Oregon (Huckleberry Mt just north of Oakridge) and it was absolutely wonderful. The trail in was 3.5 miles (they took our supplies in on mules) - and brought us groceries once a month. Our oldest we 6 weeks old the first summer when we went up and the second summer she learned to walk on the trails.
Have such warm memories of our time there.

You sound a lot like me!

I loved your list!!!
You want to start a business? GIRL, you Have a business!!! Oh, you mean you want to make money. Now I understand!
I don't like shrimp and I don't shoot a muzzleloader (well, don't yet anyway, LOL!). I'm a monkey and not afraid of heights. Other than that, I could have written the list, except family position is different.
You're my kind of solitary soul.... I think everyone is lonely... I'm most lonely in a crowd.
I wish you good fortune in moving to the coast and getting the perfect Ocean view/Forest view Homestead you want!!!!
I got 3 baby (well, not small though; 3 months or so) pygmy goats. Thought I'd try it out, learn some things and then go full boer.... LOL!
Sounds like you're busy, TOO busy, as usual.
Good luck with the stepson. I hope he doesn't end up coming to live with you. Or at least, if he does, I hope he will assimilate, instead of trying to well, be a typical stepkid. I also have an 18 yr old stepson. All I can say is, Good Luck!!!
Miss you, dearest.
Your babies sure are cute. Growing like weeds!!!
Glad you got a bottle baby, just because it's so cute to watch them suck. (Sorry it turned out that way tho, because it's hard to get it all done, what, with work, soap, cheese, cooking, cleaning, rendezvousing, 4Hing and oh, LIVING....)
Hang in there and let me hear from you if you ever get a breather!!!
