Hectic Heaven

Day 1

The day started with a light skiff of snow on the ground.  The dogs didnt want to go outside and the girls (goats) called to me from their shelter, they are fair weather goats, if its not sunny they hide in the barn.   On mornings such as this I enjoy grabbing a cup of cocoa and  staring out the window at the snow, it seems, with that beautiful white blanket, the world quiets and slows down, but it was not to be this morning.  I had to be in at the dentist office first thing to get a tooth fixed. 

 I really wanted to warp the loom, and start a new project today, but right now I am still planning it in my head so it wont happen today .  I think my first project will be tea towels,   I have some unbleached cotton thread and will run some strips of  green and brown thru them...

I am also procrastinating, Im sure that is something you will notice quite a bit about me, not my favorite trait for sure. I need to get the book work done for the gun club meeting tonight, but I just wanna play... oh well back to the books... Thank you for the welcomes and I hope to be able to contribute half as much as I have gotten  from reading the other blogs at this wonderful  place in just the last couple of days...
