Hectic Heaven

Happy 4th of July

Dh and I have so far spent a pretty quiet day here on the place... well there were a few fireworks this morning when we decided to string the beans up, and we both had different ideas on how to do this....but they are done now and peace reigns again...I dont think we are going to go anywhere today...it will be kind of nice to have a day at home before we head back to work... 

I have decided to enter a few things in our local fair this year so I have been working on the registration slip... Im going to enter  my WW bread,  some onion,garlic and cheese rolls, an apple cake, one of my woven dish towels and one of my woven hat bands....ought to be fun.. I havent entered anything since I was in 4-H years ago...  Well all have a very safe and happy 4th of July.....

We spent a quiet day working on the new house. No fireworks for us! Mom brought some crab salad and baked beans. That's good because I haven't had much time to cook much.
