Udate on the flaming chicken

That chicken turned out wonderfully moist... After I got the  fire out I turned the one side off and the other side  midway between high and low and let it cook for a total of an hour... I then covered it with foil for about 20 minutes.. until DH got home and ready for dinner..it was the moistest chicken I have ever made... The potato wedges were very good also..

The breast of that chicken went on to make a chicken enchilada casserole the next night..

I am off now until wens morning.... YIPPEE... I have lots to do but it will be nice not to "have" to go anywhere if I dont want to..... I guess I better get started... the soap is calling my name:>  Have a wonderful day..
