Hectic Heaven

Garden update

We had a  warm sunny day,  on tues, it seems everything likes the warm sun... there were several plants I was concerned about... namely the melons, huckleberry's and ground cherries, but today when I wandered thru the vast area we call a garden,  I noticed they all had 4 leaves  on them... One row of the kentucky wonder beans have popped thru.. we are watching the other row plus the 4 rows of corn, Im hoping they pop soon....   the Zuchini has come thru and it looking wonderful.  We are having a couple cloudy, drippy days... and then its supposed to be in the 80's for the next several days... Im sure things will go wild then...  green beans will need to be trellised once they get thru the ground and a few inches higher.....  we also have some indian girl bush beans growing... I will use those as dried beans this winter.... the only thing I dont see doing much is the taters..  Still need to get the flowers out and going...but time seems so short right now...

I think I will have next week off and will try to get them planted then... my DH is leaving  for his sons graduation on the 8th and I have to go up and set up a rifle trail... the next weekend is our clubs rendezvous...

Pam is getting ever rounder...so now we have a bet going on just how many is growing in there... I think probably 2 but maybe 3...
