Potato BreadI have been working with this bread recipe for a bit now and its very good...
3 cups all purpose flour 3 cups WW flour 1 cup instant potato flakes 2 Tbls sugar or honey 1 Tbls salt 1 Tbls. yeast 2 Tbls. Lecithin 2 Tbls. gluten flour 1/2 cup powdered milk 1/4 cup olive oil 2 1/2 cups hot water...
Add 4 cups of the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients to the bowl, stir up, add the oil and then hot water and mix with your dough hooks, mix well and start adding flour as needed until you have a slightly sticky dough, I usually only get about 5 cups of flour in.. Let raise until double, punch down and form into pans.. bake at 350 about 35 minutes until bread is nicely brown and sounds hollow when you thump it i.. makes two loaves..
