Sometimes you wonder how kids make it to adulthood

There have been a couple of stories about things that have happened that make you wonder about how kids survive,  here is ours....

This tree used to hold a big old fashioned swing.... My Dad put it up for DD when she was just 8, she spent many hours on this swing.. One day early in the summer, I was looking out the same door I took this picture, watching Sherell swing... I turned to put away a glass I was drying and heard this strange swosh sound...when I turned back around all I could see was leaves on the ground, and my daughters legs sticking out from underneath...

I couldnt not get out there fast enough...but as I got closer I saw movement and was somewhat releived.. as I got to the tree, she was crawling out from under it... the limb was huge, I could barely wrap my arms around it... When I looked underneath... her swing was on the ground and just above the swing the branch arched...the swing has never been replaced, although I think she still misses it... she was being very lovingly protected in a strong set of arms I believe.
