Michelle's wedding and other stuff

We all are having trouble with Michelle.  She is going nuts trying to get this wedding going, but she is still married to someone else.  She keeps changing the dates, Nov 21, then Nov 28 and then she got real mad because my mom, dad, aunt, 3 cousin and their families could not come.  It is Thanksgiving weekend and they made plans last year and already paid for the vacation.  Then Michelle asked me if we will be there??  Sorry but no. We will be at grandmas and grandpas house with your 3 uncles, aunt Buffey and 3 cousins.  She had a cow.  I told her , my mom told her ,everyone told her it is Thanksgiving weekend most people have plans.  We asked why did you change it?  1 of Gills aunts could only make it then.    Michelle made the very rude comment saying "well you had mommy and daddy pay for everything"   I told her that was rude and uncalled for and that Shannon and I paid for our own wedding not our parents!  They wedding is now the 7th of Nov.  I hope she is divorced before then.

Next we have my dads birthday party.  It was a blast!!  The whole family was there.  Heath was not feeling well, he had a upset stomach, he kept vomiting. Michelle and Gill rushed him to the hospital.  We kept Jeffie and Maddie.  Gill said the kids could stay the night, Michelle said no they can not.  As the night wore on we texted Michelle to see what was going on.  She never said much.  After a while like 11:30 at night Michelle said they would be there for a few more hours.  Ok, we will get the babies ready for bed, she said NO!  She is going to send her father (the child molester)who was in town over to pick up the kids between 1 to 2 am.  I said no.  she said they are her kids she can do what she wants.  I explained to her that at that time the kids will be asleep and so would everyone else (or in bed) and that would disturb the whole house.  So she calls back and said my sister Tracy is coming to get them.   Tracy and Andy her husband come over.  They tell the kids they are going to take them to their mommy.  The kids start crying saying they want to stay here.  Tracy asks why we wont let the kids stay the night.  We all said we want them too.  Tracy starts crying seeing how upset the kids are and says she is not going to take them.   Michelle had a cow.  We got the kids ready for bed.  About an hour later Michelle texted "get my kids ready i will be there soon".  So we waited for her, we did not get the kids ready, she can do it.  If we did it would upset them.  Michelle gets to our house and starts to get the kids dressed and they tell us that the refused testing on Heath so the Dr. found nothing and said that they were wasting his time.  We found out why the kids could not stay, they were going to the zoo with the child molester.  So Michelle ,Gill the kids all went to the zoo a 2.5 hour drive away with Heath sick and a few hours out of the er.

My mom and dad, sister , her husband Andy, Shannon and I are just lost as to why Michelle did this.  She could have picked up the kids in the morning and then took them to the zoo. None of us need this drama and the kids did not need the stress.  More so why is she taking a sick baby to the zoo after having him in the hospital and refusing testing to see what is wrong with him!

Escaping from preschool

I remembered this story about when Michelle was 2 years old.   I was working full time and Michelle was in the Y.M.C.A.  preschool just about 1 mile away from our home.   While in school one day Michelle just got tired of being there so she left!   Yup, at 2 years old she was done and just walked out.  She was almost half way home when a ministers son saw here walking and picked her up.  Michelle always had on a bracelet let that said where she lived and emergency numbers to call.  (my mom made me do that, thanks mom, after that ALL the kids wore one) . The ministers son called my mom, she at 1st thought it was a joke until she heard Michelle.   He brought Michelle to my moms house.  

My mom called me at work , I was a wreck and left work.   I went to my moms and hugged Michelle and calmed down.  After a few minutes I called the school to see how Michelle's day was going??  They tell me great!  !!!!.

So I down to get Michelle from school, knowing she is with my mom.  I walk in and sign her out.  They can not find her.  I let them go nuts looking for her for a few minutes.   They can not find her anywhere.  I say I know where she is and I tell them.  They say well your mom must have picked her up ,I say no the ministers son who found her was called and told where he found her and what time.  

Other parents were coming in and picking up their children , I told them what happened and not to bring their children back to that preschool.   So what ended up happening is I fired ALL the people who worked there , if they were Michelle's teacher or not.  They let my child walk out and NO one noticed!!  So they were all fired, .  I had the preschool shut down for almost 2 weeks until they had a staff I approved of.

Michelle never went back there.  I started college to be a teacher and my mom kept Michelle until she found another preschool , a Christian one. All the girls went there and some of the same teachers still teach at that school today.

Once I was a teacher and teaching at one school a woman came in and applied for a job.  The administrator came to me and took me in the office.  I saw who it was and told her that  woman worked at the preschool Michelle walked home from.  Boy did I get a hate look!!  But the woman did not get the job.

I have also fired 2 Principal's and 4 teachers, but that is a story for another day.

Michelle is home with Heath

Michelle and Heath are home from the hospital.  Michelle called tonight asking where her sisters are , I said Shayna is at school (college), she asked why?  I said Kristi is serving at church, she asked why??  I wanted to say I am sorry the have a life.

Ok, I asked why?? She said she needs help with the kids tonight.  I asked why?  She wanted her sisters now, why??  We let Shayna go up to stay the night to help, but not Kristi.  But, what I do not understand is why she needs help to night when there are 4 adults in the house and Not tomorrow when she will be by herself ?? You would think she would want help when she is alone.   

We told Michelle that Shayna has to be home by 10 am , she has one of her final tests she has to take at school , Kristi has another Dr. appt with more testing.  My mother-in-law is coming to see Heath and will be staying here.  Shannon's best friends mom just died, Shannon is covering for him at work and helping out with other stuff for him .  This is just for tomorrow, ugh.   Can some one please clone us ??

Role Models and Christians, Hypocrites

What do you look for in a role model???  Is it honesty? Lessons learned they could pass on??  Some one with a good walk with the Lord??  Some one who has set goals and met them??  Is it the money they make?? What???

I am asking this because we (hubby and I) are  picky about the kind people who are around Shayna and Kristi.  We know that we can not control every person they are around or even our own family who is not saved or walking on the right path.  But we try to have them around people who they can learn from and see God working in them.

Why I ask is because Michelle says she is a good role model for her sisters.  We do not agree with that.  Michelle has gone from man to man, her new one is the 4th daddy the kids have had in less than a year.  She is married to one man , lives with another and is pregnant by him.  She is a role model in progress I have told her.  She is trying to get her life together and working towards a goal. 

I told her , as she knows we have brought the girls up on what the Bible says.  Her dad I agree with what the Lord says and so do her sisters. Michelle has said that we are not good Christians because we are not perfect.  I told her the only perfect Christian was Jesus.  We all are still a work in progress.  We need pruned here and there, more strength here and there, tweaked here and there.  The only difference is we are saved.  Just because you are a Christian does not mean you are perfect, we still sin.  We see our sin and ask to be forgiven and go forward and try again.  A work in progress.

I love the saying that "Thou Art The Potter I Am the Clay"  A work in progress.  We fall down , dust off and try, try again.  Michelle(her words) just sees Christians as hypocrites, because we are Christians and we still sin.  She does not see that as Christians we are still learning no matter how long we have been saved.  Just because we are forgiven and saved does not mean we are done.  I think it means we work harder because we know better and what is wanted from us by God.  We are not hypocrites, we are being built by the Master builder God. 

I would love for Michelle to get her life on track.  To be the mother God has called her to be. To get her marriage straight even if it is to divorce her husband.  It is hard to see you child living in sin and not trying to get out of the sinning.  It is hard also because she thinks what she is living is a good role model for her sisters.

I would love for Michelle to become a Christian, to be saved.

Up date on Janet & Michelle's baby shower

Janet had her MRI done and the results are semi normal.  What does semi normal mean??  I asked Janet if she asked the Dr. what it means.  She said yes , he said he would explain more on it later .  The Dr. switched her medicine and told her no to fly or drive!  Janet is a single mom who works full time and cares for her family full time.  She cares for her mom,dad,daughter,brother,sister-in-law,2 nephews and a dog.   I do not know what to do???   She is going to fly out next weekend for Michelle's baby shower, the Dr. said she could by then because she relaxes here.

As for  Michelle's baby shower it is going to be ???, we have no clue how it is going to be . She has invited other's hubbies to it, so they will be hiding in the back yard.  Or my dad Might come hide over her with Shannon on they will go to lunch.  Today she had a fit again about Janet coming to it.  I told her Janet is coming for me and my mom.  Michelle told me not to come if I need Janet.  Janet has been a part of her life before she was even born. Janet is one girls other mothers(yes they have 1 more).   She said it is to celebrate her and Gills love and their child.   Well, yes it is. 

But as for Michelle and Gill it is harder because Michelle is still married to Stephen and they are not getting a divorce at this time and they have no clue when they will .  This is against our values and what the Lord teaches us.  We did not bring her up this was way, so we do not understand it.    

We are looking forward to our new grandson and the girls another nephew.  Grand babies are a wonderful blessing.  We just wish Michelle was married to Gill and then had the baby.  But the Lord is in charge not us.   We will leave it all in his hands the best hands anywhere.    

But we must say she has set a great example for her sisters!  They make sure they do not follow in her foot steps.  For that we are very thankful.  They will each make their own mistakes and hopefully they can learn from each others mistakes.

Trust a child molester??? No way

Over the past few days Michelle has been talking about her father coming down from Utah to see her and his parents.   I cringe inside when I hear this.  I mean hello did almost 14 years of court, so many Dr's , spend close to 1/2 a million to protect her mean nothing to her??

So I talked to her about it today when she came to pick up Jeffie  after he stayed  because he wanted us. Maddie was with her.  Michelle brought it up again because the grand-babies are staying the night that they need to be home to see *Mr. molester* oops I mean her father.  I said then she has to pick them up.  I asked her if the grand-babies were going to go home with him??  She said no, thank God.  I told her her dad(my hubby who has raised Michelle since she was 2 yrs old) and I have a BIG problem with that, and she will hear from us if that ever happens.

Michelle told me it is none of our business.  Excuse me non of our business.  I told her it was verrrrry much our business and we will have a fit plus more.    Michelle told me that she totally trusts him with her children.  WHAT , you trust the man who molested (+more) you with the most precious gift from God.  I asked her if she wanted to read the court papers again, read the Dr's finding on the damage he did to her.   She told me no she just trusts him.

I did very well when we talked. I use day every day voice.  I did not yell, but I did inform her that if she sends those grand-babies to visit him she will have to deal with us.   We do not understand how she could send them when she knows what heck she went through.   We never will.  But we will protect our grand-babies from him , just like we did her.

Michelle wants a puppy

As most of you know we had a litter of golden puppies 3 weeks ago.  Michelle from day one has said she wants on for the grand-babies.  We do not know if we will give her one.  Michelle has gone through so many dogs, 4 just last year!   We have already given her a puppy from Marty for the grand babies, she gave him away.

We want the babies to have a good dog to grow up with but we are just worried that Michelle will get rid of the dog. She is already trying to pick out HER puppy.  I have told her no that the special needs boy needs to have a puppy pick him out first.   She get mad and says's it has to be a girl and then she wants Ruth.    We remind her over and over the special needs boy goes 1st and then buyers do.

If we do give the grand babies there will be a HUGE contract.  In the contract we will have:  no akc papers, no breeding, if the puppy has to go to a new home we get the puppy back, no transfer of owner ship to anyone, must keep up on vet care and show us proof.   As responsible breeders we have to have the puppies best interest before every thing else.

A few weeks ago Michelle has told us we are not her family , she has her OWN family.  Our Christmas card was written " Shannon, Mikie and girls,  from the Rodriguez family.  We are to forgive and forget when it comes to Michelle's wants???   I do not think so.  

As for being a Rodriguez she is married to some one else!  How can he be her husband when Steven is her husband.    So many thing I do not understand.   We are not going to play her games.   Are we wrong?
