Nochme-e ho-ne-he Thunderwolf

I just saw a picture of nochme-e. He was my 1st horse, I had him for all most 8 years.

I sold him( 1 1/2 years latter) due to I was attacked by a fireman and I could not work him any more. Noch was the kind of horse you have to stay on top of or he won. I would ground work him in a round pen , but I could not ride him or any one for  all most 2 years. Even though he ran on 3 acres he still needed worked and rode. We lost part of our bond , because he became the alpha , not me. It was so hard to even think about selling him, but I prayed and waited to see if I would get strong enough for him again. I did not get back as strong as I was , still to this day all most 3 years latter. I broke down and made the choice to sell him , for him. It was not fair that this horse loved to race and run with the wind , with you on him, to just be worked in a round pen and to run on the land. He needed more. I placed an add for him for endurance racing , and well that is what he is doing running with the wind , with his new mommy.  I wish it was me on him with him, but God had other plans in mind for us. It will be a year in june , that he went to his new home. I miss him , but it was best for him. God has blessed me with a pony ( ok some days cursed) he is a handful some days and some days he is a dream. The best part is if i fall of it is not that far down . God has also blessed us with cody and april. Cody is huge about 16.1hh and thick, but he was so good for my daughter I hope one day I could ride him. April is tall also about 16hh or 15.3 hh , bit with her being so kind , I hope to ride her one day if she can , after she gains he weight. After having noch I NEED a soft , kind horse. Hey I am getting old (37 this year) I do not need to get hurt.  Just a nice walk for me , or slow canter, no more raceing. God Bless, mj

ps. i was attacked by a fireman sept 5 /03 , in a del taco drive threw because my to go order was to big. I was pulled to the bed of my truck ( i have a full size king cab truck with a full back set) by my neck and hair still seat belted in. I had 4 children in the truck. Yes he still is a fireman. That night i was picking up dinner 10 people, so it was big. oh well, mj

I cannot believe how the fireman acted or that he is still on duty! That's not a civil servant attitude, is it? Thank goodness you weren't hurt more!

I'm so glad your beloved horse found another good home. I feel for your because of your attack. In 1983 I was attacked by an off-duty policeman (very long story) and nothing was every done...even after I did a positive identification *complete* with social security number!

Those uniform types have a bond tighter than superglue.

I pray for the guy who attacked me like Paul prayer for Alexander.
