It has been a hard long week and it is only tues. Saturday hubby came home from vegas , seeing his mom , she had to have part of her lower leg removed. I talked to her today , she is having a hard time. Please pray for her. Sunday we went to church ,then to my brother in-laws house to pick up a atc for gradeing the farm and we brought home 2, we only need one.

Then we went back to church at 5:30 till 8pm , then to the market to get what hubby wants for his lunch for the week. Monday we had some one come out to see what it will cost to mow 2 acres of weeds that are small to waist high, he was a no show, then we were at the farm for 3 hours for the shoer. The one new horse cody  has a limp  , we think it is from him running on the land. Cody and april are use to being in a 16 by 40? pen and not out for 3 years. They are not use to stretching thier legs and cody over did it. The shoer  said he has not seen feet that bad in a long time. Please pray for cody to feel better. Back to monday , then i had to go to the feed store to get hay and medicine for codys leg , so after the feed store it was back to the farm. We got home at 6pm. Today was my bi-weekly Dr.s appt so i was stuck with 6 neddles for acupunture , ok i enjoy it. I started this 7 years ago with him and boy has it made a difference in my health my allergy numbers has gone down from 1243 to 341. But when we got home we noticed my top breeding golden female not looking so good , so we called our vet ( we have had him for 23 years) so we took in cheyenne to see what is wrong with her and he thinks it might be her liver . So we are to watch her to see if she eats better and gains more weight. We are ordering her natural medicine from " the pets medicine chest" the have so much for animals we have read about them for years , now we will try them. I also found out it could be caused from the dog food we feed!! We feed top of the line dog food tooo. I pay $36.00 a bag and we go through many bags and canned food each month. I feed 5 dogs and 1 wolf a month. We (I) am looking at a raw food diet for them with fresh veggies and fruit. ? has any one ever heard of or tried " the know better pet food" ?? It is a supplement you add to the food you make for your dogs , ( they also have one for cats). Cheyenne has been a good dog, she is 10 years old and sweet as can be. She is a great mom ( she last had pups 5 yrs ago) she stole arthur( wolf) from nanok when he was 3 days old ( she even made milk for him) and she is still with him. She will not go with they other dogs , even her hubby!! . She wants to be with arthur wolf only. Cheyenne and marty ( her hubby) have made great pupies, some are service dogs, (marty is a service dog for my anaphlyaxis). In our house you MUST be married to have children , ok we are nuts , hey it helped explane babies!!! LOL. So that is my week so far. I go back to the DR. on thurs for my allergy shots, friday we have friday school and the baby leaves for camp until sunday .

Yes  I know my baby is 14 years old, but she is still the baby. I would like to ask for prayer for my mom-in-law and cody horse and cheyenne dog and the baby's camping trip.

She is going with our church's jr high group , with her best friend and tons of the homeschooling kids. God Bless, mj

Gosh, What a week you are having already!
I will send my prayers for you and your family, it sure does seem like when things happen they happen in bunches. We just got our first horse so I have been reading with such interest about Cody and the others sure hope his leg get's better.
I hear ya about the dog food, there was an article about some of the "Diamond" dog food brands causing liver problems.... I was using chicken soup for the dog lovers soul - It wasn't on the recall list but I was still iffy about it. What kind were you feeding so I can avoid that one?
