A bit more info on the last post of Michelles molstation.

Michelle my daughter who was molested by my ex-husband is 21 years old soon to be 22, in June.   She got married when she was 18 years old and has 2 babies, who I have posted tons about.  The grand-babies have lived with us just about the same amount of time Michelle has had them.  

Michelle does remember all about what happened even though she was 4 years old when we found out (1990).  I know it is hard for her to forget because we were in court for soooo long, way toooo many years. 

Michelle's father was found guilty of molesting her in 1992.   Michelle was 6 years old.  We thought it was over her father lost as his rights to her, but still had visitation rights to her with a county sheriff to make sure he never over stepped the lines.   But boy we were wrong.  Her father tried for soooo many years to get his rights back to her.  Every time he tried it was a new set of Dr.'s (shrinks) and we started it all over again.  Why new Dr.'s and a new start each time??  Well, every time the Dr.'s agreed with what he did and told the judge yes she was molested and yes he did it, that made her father unhappy because with those findings he would never get his rights back to her.  So we would start all over again and again and again.   So Michelle never had a chance to close that book and heal.  It was always there.

Do you know once I was even the bad guy in the police's eyes??  This still bugs me.  We found out what her father was doing took her I called him from the police department with them listening and taping the call , her father confessed.  Yep he confessed.   So did that take away his rights to see her then, Um NO.  I was breaking the law by hiding her from him, at least until the courts gave an order 3 weeks later.  I was in trouble with the police because I hid her from her father, he still had the right to take her for weekend visits even though he confessed and they had the medical report from her Dr.  

I will tell you I have learned that the courts to not protect you or your babies from people like him.  The will watch out for his rights at the cost of mine, your babies.  Sad isn't it.   He lost his rights to her, but was able to keep us in court trying to get his right back until she was 15 years old.  Then we were in court until she was 17 years over keeping her grandparents away from her who kidnapped her.  The last time we went to court the judge would not redo the restraining order because , her grandparents had not physically harmed he in any way, just mental. 

Michelle was a troubled teenager , caused many problems in our home and put us through hell.  Endangered all of us, just plain old hell.  I feel it is mostly her fathers fault because of what he and his family did and then being a normal teenager.  But as an adult she is still not good.  She is an ok mother when she wants to be.  She says she wants what is best for the babies and is trying to give them the best.  But I still see the hurt little girl in her from all of the hell in her life.

Why she talks and see her father and grandparents is because they buy her love and kiss her butt up one side and down the other.(sorry but it is true)   Michelle wants it they buy it, Michelle wants money they give it, Michelle want this or that they give/ buy it.   Michelle likes to call me after talking to her father and say I just got off the phone with @@@@ and he told me he got his nipple pierced, or he is doing this or that.  I do not care.  I only care when she says she is sending the babies to him.  We fight her on this soo hard.

My husband (now) has raised Michelle since she was 2 years old.  And is her daddy.  Michelle's father and I separated when Michelle was 10 months old and again when she was 18 months old.   I though now one would want me because I had a child and that I was stuck with her father. Being young and stupid I guess.   My parents made me marry her father in order to keep her because I was 16 years old.  Yes I was young and stupid, but I did the right thing I kept her and raised her up right, it just did not stick to her like it has my other children.

Michelle know lives with her boyfriend up in North Calif and they have broken up and she has moved back down here and gave us back the babies and has moved back up there again.  At this time she is up there with him and the babies.  But she is driving down here for court in a few days so we get the babies for a few days.  We are soo happy.  I will post more on Michelle and her life and the problems we see that have been caused by this, because it feels good to get it off my chest.

I can't imagine going through all this! You are such a strong woman to carry all of this on your shoulders!! I will be praying for your daughter.

I know exactly how wrong the system can be. We found out about two years ago a very close friend of ours had been molesing two other friends daughters. Now it seems everyone (the powers that be) they are somehow in fault. That astonishes me. How can a 9 and 10 year old be in fault. Well, its been two years, and no trial plus he still has his kids. And everyone has to run into him in town. Dont you just love the justice system.
