The cost of Food, Free book for a few people to test for me HELP

I have been reading on other peoples bloggs how the cost of food is so much. I think we all feel that it is too much.  I am writing a book on coupons, how to make some of the more favorite convenience foods  with out to much time to do it or lose flavor, some easy and fast bulk cooking tips , for easy everyday cooking. I am not talking about lowering the quality of food you feed your family, just ways to do it with spending less money doing it. We all need that.

 I should have the 1st few for people to test in about 6 weeks maybe 8 weeks. I do not know how to go about having some people test them out. I have asked one blogger to try one out for me, but I want to have about 5 to 10  maybe people try it out to get feed back from them . Should I do a contest and give some away for testing that way? Or just pick people out?

Contest ideas:

What about the worst/ highest trip to the market? With proof of course.  ?OR? The best saving trip to the market? To see if I could help them or not? With proof of course.  ?OR? tell a short story on why you want/need to save more? Like I want to save $500.00 this year to go to so and so place to so and so person or to pay of so and so bill.  I don't know ?? ?OR? how about how the saving will effect your homestead? I do not know??? HELP!

Any and all help deciding what to contest wise would be good.

I am queen of frugal! When we lived in Texas I fed our family of 5 on less than $300/month. Of course when we moved to AL that changed to $400 plus/month. But I'm learning how to eat cheaper in AL. It is quite an art!

I think a contest is a neat idea, but you could always offer a free copy of the book to those that participate in testing your ideas.
