Help ideas needed and guess how much my feed bill is a month

This week is not going right. I still feel short on energy. I was sick for 7 1/2 weeks, then started to feel better , well then can an at home allergice reaction, ok then yet again I start

 to feel better , then wham an trama room at the hospital allergic reaction. I can never win.

My house is clean but , not like how it was before I got sick. My fears have also held me back some, like do I realy need to go there or can it wait a few days. Why wait, well it is because I am scared to go here or there because I am worried of having an allergice reaction

while I am shopping and being taken out of the store in an ambulance ( ben there done that) and I do not want to die. I know I have no control of when God says to come home, but I do not want to leave ny hubby or babies ( babies are 13yr & 15 yr). I hate to say it but fear wins on some days. I am working hard on it.

I do so much during the week I fall short on time to get chores done, here is my week

Tue: Dr appt for 1-2 1/2 hours.

wed: church therapy, church? jr high church class?/ I give horse backriding lessons.

Thur: allergy shots Appt for 1-1 1/2 hours, then I have to rest for 2 hours. Church classes at night., high school class at church.

Fri: we have friday school at church, then normal school.

We also have to pick up the feed for the animals and put it into the feed shed each week

That is  5 bales hay, 2-7 bales straw, 5 bags horse pellets, 2 bags horse grain, 3 bags breed sow, 4 bags grain for the goats and mr.moo, 6 bags chicken feed, 1 bag rabbit feed, 1 bag g-pig feed, fish food, 1  35lb bag cat food ( last a month)  2   30 lbs bags of dog food , 1 case wet dog food and 1 case wet cat food( wet cat food last 2 weeks), then we have all the fresh apples , carrots for the animals this is every week to week and a few days. Us girls go pick this up and unload it clean the feed shed every week ( try to not give the mice food to eat so they leave, if they don't leave well the snake gets dinner) We also feed , milk , clean bedding,

 any vet care that is needed ( stiches, shots, casteration,) we gather eggs from the chickens and ducks , clean out the waters every other day , pick up dog doo, change cat box, etc..

to about 150 animals. Want to guess my feed bill ? Try to guess, I will give the answer in a few days. Oh yeah we live 1 mile away from the farm so we drive out there.

Then we home school and care for the animals st the house 5 dogs, 1 highbird, 4 cats, 2 birds,1 snake, 1 turtle, 1  rabbit, 2 g-pigs , 5 chickens ( in the chicken hospital ), 2 mice, I think that is it here.  I need to find away to get our lives on track . Does any one have any ideas? I sure could use the help. Oh yeah I also have my daughter baby shower Sat and in the morin is kay's hubby's service.Thank you for listening, God Bless,mj
