This weeks menu....

Ok here is a menu both my daughter and I are going to try to do. We will see who gets to cook the most. We are also working on a homemade dog food recipie at this time. With the 6 dogs we are spending $125.00 a month on food for them. We will post what we try and what works and what the dogs think of it . The bosch universal will help with this when we order it. Tax refund hurrrrry uppppp.

Tues:

Lunch: sandwichs for all of us.

Dinner: home grown pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravey, greenbeans, garlic rolls.

Weds:

Lunch for hubby is tues leftovers.

Lunch: sandwichs.for us girls.

Dinner:Steaksauce over rice, corn.

Thurs:

Lunch :for hubby is weds left overs

Lunch :for us girls hotdogs and beans.

Dinner: grandma jeans chicken , rice ,greenbeans, garlic rolls , salad. (crockpot night)

Friday:

Lunch: for hubby left overs from thurs.

Lunch: sandwichs for us girls.

Dinner: order in dad wont be home for dinner, girls choice.

Sat:

Lunch : what ever we girls find.

Dinner: girls choice again.( most likely the weeks leftovers)

Sun:

Dunch( dinner/lunch) Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravey, corn.

We girls start the day with fruit , cereal and tost, Dad is sent oatmeal breakfast , sandwichs

and his favorite pop tarts.

I want to make me some cookies this week I use  potatoe starch and corn starch to make them. I am allergic to wheat. My daughter make normal stuff for them and dad.

In the next month I will buy a bosch universal with  meat ginder and sasuage stuffer . Then I can make a bunch of stuff at once. ( lot of bread,couple doz cookies) I can't wait , but either can my daughter who took over my kitchen. LOL  I will tell you who won with the most cooking next week. Now if she(15yrs) only kept her room as clean as the kitchen:) and if her sister (13yrs) would help to clean her room too, we put new carpet in her room last year

but you would never know it, maybe her room is a lost city . When a teacher asked my daughter what she wanted to be when she grew up she said " a wife with a maid" , she was only 5 at the time and she needs one for her room!LOL. God gave me enjoyable children and

they are fun to be with. We are Blessed.
