A Good Day

Today was a good day. I woke and gave the day to jesus , what a difference it made . I had fun with the ducks , I bought 2 more female ducks for eggs for the people at church who are allergic to chicken eggs. But, any way it was fun to just sit there and watch the 2 new ones

try to take a bath in the water! they kept taking them in the straw until they watched the other guys take one in the water. They still are trying to work it out. How sad that these full growen

ducks did not know what the water was for. Our other ducks will take a bath in any water

even the water dish they drink from. I had 12 eggs from my chickens the last 2 days, before

this i was lucky to get 5 a day. One little roster is so funny he wants to flog you but all he does is fall on his tush, we take turns every day to "play" with him, we can't help it ,its so silly.

Today Mr.moo got a new room mate today due to the rain. I put our mare in his bedroom because she will not go in the barn/shelter if the geldings are in there. It is to rain all week.

I sat on a bucket in Mr.moos bedroom and he came up to eat carrots out of my hand,  when the carrots were gone he licked my hand. Yippy  he is trusting me.

I have a small problem my 15 year old daughter has taken over my kitchen, excuse me "HER"

kitchen. I have to fight her to cook. She keeps track of the food we are low on need or have to much of. I wanted to try to do a menu , she wont let me,SHE'LL do it. I am willing to share it with her but, she chases me out. I guess I am lucky she could be into the wrong type of things , but  NO she is into stealing my kitchen. LOL

 My mom and I are holding a baby shower for my oldest daughter next weekend, so I am trying to relax , let go ,let God. She is the one we have problems with. Does any one have in cute baby games? Any ideas? Have a good night God Bless, mj

One of our neighbors used to have ducks and I loved watching them. Then another neighbor got mad over them being in their yard and they had to give them away.

So glad you're turning your problems over to God. He's much better at handling them than we are!

Your egg production seems to be coming along. Ya know, I didn't even know duck eggs were edible. Do they taste any different than chicken eggs?

Hmmmm...baby names. Well, what is your daughter's last name?
