Life on the farm.. how many......

I am trying to get our life together. I need to start making a menu and sticking to it. Some nights it is the last minute " what can i cook for dinner".  I have 3 freezers full of meat, a huge pantry  full of food. I can feed my family for 6 to 8 months. But I still wonder what to cook.

School is hard to get cought up on from the week waiting on two scoks to give bith. We have

been so tried from being up all night checking on her , then trying to get  on the school and the house work, it just was not working.  We are trying to get cought up and it feels  like we will

never get there.  We are also trying to find where to put our garden this year. I love reading

about how some people are putting a fence around the plot and letting the pigs root and dig up the polit. The only problem is I do not have enough hog fencing to do that unless we take down the round pen . So I might just do it with a tractor.  I also need to start ordering my seeds and getting them going. Baby chicks how many do I need ? I want more turkeys this

year. We lost all of them but 2 last year, we had 15. I would love to have a turkin ( turkey and chicken mix) . I also need some more female ducks to lay eggs, I sell so many ducks eggs to our church members they are allergic to chicken eggs. So much to think about. 

My goal is to be all most on our own. To grow and can enough to feed our family for the year. Mr.moo will put a lot of meat into the frezzer (we own 1/2 of him), the hogs will put more meat in the frezzer,and the chickens and turkeys. We go thru a hog every 3 months, so we hope both of our sows are breed. As it is we have to buy pigs for the up coming fairs, we are also going to buy 2 butcher hogs. So much on the plate will I ever get it all done?  My friend want's to put a garden out on our farm with some goats. I think it will be nice to have some one else to enjoy the land with, ideas to share, chores to share.  I still have my chicken boarder , to find out he was not the one who locked my gate wrong it was neighbor. So we are letting him stay for now. If any one has some ideas on menu's how  to's, I would like to read them.
