Blessings and Trouble

About 2 weeks ago I was at a feed store I do not normaly go to. I need a tetnus shot for cody (horse) he cut his head open good. My noramal feed store did not have any tetnus shots, so I went to my old feed store because they carry all kinds of shots. while in the store a man came in and said he has a 5 stall breeze way barn , who ever wants it can have it all you need to do is take it down and move it to your place. One woman said I will call around and see if any needs it.I held my breath while she talked, then I said I could use it , I told him how we save any kind of animal that needs it. He told me to call him to set up a time to see it. ( God sent me to that store that day, what a blessing it has been) So me , hubby and the babies went to go see. It is a huge barn in good shape, we told him we would think about it. Hubby said with his work he would not have much time to help , find help. I found help. ( another blessing from God). Hubby and us girls worked on it for a day. Then on the 8th the people from church who we hired to help came and work verrrrry hard. I know this because on thur & fri us girls could not help because the baby is sick. Chris said do not worry just get her better. When we came back this monday they had it all down , but 1 stall!. We helped monday ubtil the baby had a hard time breathing. I took her to the DR's after we dropped a load of at our farm.  To find out she has pneumina. She was sick from the 8th , but I thought it was her asthma from the dust. I feel so bad.

She is sick and I paid for this great family to help us take down the barn and put it back up. Well they have done 70% of the work!! Today while we were working the baby laid in the pen with here 450+ pound pig and rested. Then when the pig kept trying to get in her lap, she went to lay in the feed shed ( no hay, we have a hay barn) after a while she had trouble breathing again. She did 2 treatment with her breathing machine with no help. So I took her back in to the Dr's and she is worse!! The Dr. said she should be in the hospital. The Dr. knows she will freak out if she was put in and he knows I am on top of her all the time, I can tell when her breathing changes and she is old enought to tell me what is wrong. OK my baby is 14 years old her sister is 16 years , they are the babies.

I was at my farm with her from 8:50 am till 1:30 pm. The trouble is that she is house bound. I do not know what to do with the family I paid to help with the barn??? I can not be out at our farm to help!! We live less than a mile from our farm, but she is to stay in the house, I could run out and check on the work being done, but not work. I do not want the family to do all the work , we want to put in as much time as they do.

The baby goes to see the Dr. again in the morin, and he will see how she is doing.

He said she needs to stay in the house until next tues, and he checks her after she is done with some of her medicine. So much to think about!!

I am so sorry your daughter is so ill; it must be a worrisome time for you.

I don't know your whole situation, but if I were the family you hired, I think I would completely understand why you weren't helping them. I'll bet they do, too.

Take care of your girl and don't stress.
