The Lord gives and he takes away.

We have a new family member  , we have a new granddaughter, madison nikole , she is 6 lbs 14 oz and 18  1/2 inchs long. She is so cute and tiny. She was born on sat morin. Her big brother jeffie 15 months is like ok she is here , why does she cry. He will show you HIS baby. It is so cute. This is the Lord giving. On the same day maddy was born her best friends mom died , my daughter( 15 yrs old) found out sunday that her best friend also 15 lost her mom. It is so sad the youngest child 12 yr old  boy found mom. All the girls(3) double checked and yes she passed.

She had heart trouble , she had a pace maker, they think it was her medicine, she went in her sleep. I feel so bad for the family the oldest daughter is due to have her 1st child in sept. The girls are 17 / 15/14 the son is 12. This is so hard , my youngest daughters best friend lost her dad last month , this month/ my middle daughters best friend lost her mom this month. The Lord takes away. Boy it makes you think, you never know when the Lord will call any of us home.

I am having a hard time with my daughters ( who just gave birth) father side of the family.( she is from my 1st marriage) They have taken my place in my daughters life. At the hospital her grandma ( fathers mom, who kiddnaped her 5 times) was in charge of it all , who got to see my grandson ( while everyone is in the hospital) if I got him over night , for how long  etc..

She also told the order of who can hold the new baby. When I got my grandson overnight for 12 hours , she told me how to feed him and change him. she asked me do you lnow how to care for a baby?. When my youngest daughter was told to take him for a walk down the hall , the grandma got mad because she(daughter) asked me if it was ok , I said yes but stay in my sight, The grandma asked why she had to stay in my sight , I bit my tounge, Iwanted to say it is because my daughter was kiddnaped 5 times by you , but I did not. It is so hard to let them out of your site after that. My 2 daughters at home 14/15 yrs old are still watched like they are younger. The baby loves it she will keep you in her site and looks for her sister and us parents to protect her.  The 15 yr old , well she wants some freedom , to date too. We are having a hrad time with that because we teach courtship.It is so hard on us all.We are still working on that one. The other thing that her grandma did is call her father ( the one who molested her at 4 yrs old) and look at me she said here it is your dad her loves you verry much twice. These people were not even in her life until she was 17 /18 yrs old. They buy her a lot of stuff. We spent so much time and money protecting her from them until she was 17 yrs old , and now they are everything and we are nothing. My husband raised her as his own since she was just 2 yrs old , after she was 4 her father was only seen with a officer. Her father was out here in calif when she was giving birth but 300 miles away ( he lives in utah)

he  was out her with a bunch of kids from the church, he was found guilty of molestion of her and he does NOT have to regester as a sex offender. His chuch has no idea of what he did to her. Why is it he gets away with it ? why does my daughter trust him so much? why do we mean so little to her now? I feel like we will never have a good realtionship with her. I am trying to accept this , but it is sooo hard. She is looking to move into a house on my friends land to rent, I hope this happens because at least I know she will have a good christian women as an example. It is hard to understand why there is so much evil and hardship in this world - but we must remember that God is always in control - working for His Glory and for our good. God bless you and protect you and your family.

Sometimes these sound like just hollow words - but I am finding in my own life when I can truly surrender to God's way, He gives me a peace that completely amazes me.
