~ SALUTATIONS ~

Forest Creek

Hello and welcome to our first Nature Blog, Stuck Between a Windmill and a Watering Can. I am so excited to be doing this with my 2 children, Daughter  Thumbelina(12) and  Sir Cricket(7)( Names have been withheld for security reasons). This new  blog will be a place to share our personal adventures in the creation that our gracious Lord has gifted us with. It is my prayer that not only can we bask in the beauty of it all, but that it be a blessing to draw my children and I closer to each other and our Soverign Lord, as well as a time to reflect and seek refuge during those times we will miss our Leading Warrior Elf.... My Husband Jason while he is away in Iraq serving for the next 15 months. I look forward to hearing from you and sharing all that the Lord has graciously given us....

Wont you say YOU WILL JOIN US

Good idea with the nature blog Jeannie! At least at your current temps, you might have some nature to watch - our high today is expected to be 1 (the lonelyest number) with a wind chill of -40. How many cold snaps can a homeschool mommy take anyways? Have a good day dear and congratulations on the nature blog, I look forward to peeking in to seeing what you have been up to.

I knew you could come up with a winning name! We are excited over here because we just saw a Carolina Wren on our feeder. Yippee! Can't wait to see some OK nature posts.

Blessings!
What a wonderful idea:) We are homeskillers and really enjoy most of our education coming from the wonderful nature that surrounds us through God's most sovereign Hand:)
We will place your husband on our purposed prayer list. His sacrifice for us is humbling.
God be with thee!

Welcome aboard! We don't have land yet, but my desire is the same as yours. That, once we do have land, that it will help draw our children all the closer to our dear Lord! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
