It's in the 60's today, and sunny!
YIPPEE!
Tara spruced up my blog for spring, and put one of my favorite verses running along the bottom of this page. (so be sure to look!)
My husband and children have been busy with me doing spring cleaning, and my house is starting to feel like "home" again! I cannot abide a dirty house. Makes me crazy. I'm so relieved.

I have  a big pot of soup on, made some fermented beets and simple sauerkraut that will be ready to eat in three days, after hiding in the cupboard growing probiotics. Good, good, good! I'm so glad to be able to learn all these wonderful things about nutrition.

Handsome Rob is looking much better today. He's in the barnyard getting sunshine and excercise, and I'm getting a break from his awnry, yet adorable ways.

Tonight Tara and her family are coming to dinner with our Pastor and his wife. We are doing something to do with finding out our personality traits or quirks or whatever. I'm not so sure- I'm nervous all my weirdo-ness will be uncovered! Ugh. Well, I guess so will everyone else's. Tomorrow we pack out early to go to a horseshow. We are picking up the neighbor girl and her horse, too. Should be a really fun day.

I'm so happy 'cause some of the extra animals are gone, and one of the horses sold to some of our best friends, and the new Liz Curtis-Higgs novel is out! Yippee!

It's a lovely day. I'm going to have Tara here tonight and that makes me happy 'cause she's so sweet! My goaties are all out sunning and browsing in the pasture, the boys are outside playing, and I am almost caught up on my old nemesis, the laundry pile.
