Okay...you can call us crazy now. As if being kefir drinkers wasn't bad enough, huh?!
Now there is a goat being raised in the house. Hey- he's only a week
old. He needs to be bottle fed, loved, and kept warm and cozy.
It's only been a couple days, but he already owns the place. You can
see in the picture above that he is very curious. I was cooking dinner,
and he was just dieing to know what was going on. He kept trying to
jump up to see what I was doing up there.
He follows us around inside and outside. He jumps and scampers all
over. He gets to lay on the lap of whomever is lounging on the couch.
It's hard to think that this cuddly little creature is going to grow up
to be a huge, smelly buck. We are enjoying him to the fullest until
it's time for him to go in the barn with the other goats.
Unfortunately, he doesn't think he is one anymore. I believe he thinks
he's one of the children now. Right this minute, he is sitting on
"daddy's" lap on the couch in the family room with our "other" sons.
