I just wanted to let all of you doing the Great Physicians RX I love it. I am eating well and taking all of the nutrients. Also the advanced hygenie is invaluable. I am praying that this way of life will change the health of our family, especially for our Gabe.

The exciting thing is since we are moving in 2 wks, can you believe that, that I can stock my pantry with only healthy, whole foods. I don't have to get rid of bad stuff first. I just don't even want junk to come into the house. I have found that if it comes in, it is hard to get rid of it.

I feel good, even though my sleeping has been not so good since the hospital stay. I haven't gotten sick and I still have energy. I am wanting to watch the functional exercise video today and incorporate some of that . I think that will help with energy also.

Today is the first day on the Super Foods, so far so good. I have also seen a difference in my appearance. I am less bloated in my face and stomach and my digestion is better. I haven't had cramps. I haven't weighed myself but I am betting I may have even lost some.

On another note, only 2 wks till we move. I have so much to get done, packing, sending checks out for gas and electric, finalize truck details, get our insurance stuff done. I also want to find a wonderful Dr for my kids, especially Gabe. Anyone know of a good Dr @ Franklin?

School is a bit minimal these days, math, language arts and family devotions, some history, and that's it!!! So I am off to get to work on my list. Have a blessed and healthy day.
