A Yummy dinner for my family

My honey grew up in Indiana. I have always said their state food is "Fried". It seemed like anything I ate was fried, it didn't matter what it was, chicken, pork, fish, even veggies all fried. So when he married me he had to adapt a bit to some less greasy food, but I must say more flavorful, I do love spices. Since I love my honey so much I made oven fried chicken tonight. There is only 1Tbs of butter in the whole thing and is OH SO YUMMY! My kids also love it. They also had mashed potatoes and green beans. So it was a healthy twist on a greasy meal. I have to say I also LOVE real fried chicken, but I know it is not my friend. I am still working on lowering my caloric intake and eating well. I really have found out I was and still am to an extent ruled by food. It made me happy, so now that I am restricting what I eat it is hard. I feel better, I don't regret changing our diet, I look better the list of positives far outways the negatives. Why then do I often feel like I am depriving myself? It is really a brain thing and I have to learn new ways. One big thing is if I don't eat well I will regret it, and I won't feel well. I have done awesome for about 6mts. I lost 50lbs and weighed what I did when I graduated highschool. My husband is so proud of me. Everyone notices and I felt great. I just don't understand why since Christmas it has been such an incredible struggle for me to get back and stick to eating well. I am trying to kick my booty back into gear, and praying that God will help me and my mindset. I gained about 10lbs back and want to lose that and another 10 so if you would all pray for me to get back in gear, to be able to stick with my meal plan, and to be able to lose weight and change my mindset that would be great.
