The Land is Calling

This weekend

Well today we went to church. I do love our church, it is one of the best I have ever been too. Anyway after that we had left overs for lunch, hung out and then me and my 3 yr old took a nap. It has been a good day.

My sweet honey is next door helping our neighbor do crown molding. When you are a  handy man and people find our they have all sorts of jobs for you. Since we have lived in TN he has hung a ceiling fan, helped someone set up their gazebo and done crown molding. I think it is wonderful that he is so giving with his time. It has also helped us make some really nice friends.

Tonight we are all having pizza together. So I don't have to cook, yippe. This week we also start vacation bible school. I am looking forward to it. It is different than we have ever done it before. It will be family style. So we go and have dinner together and then family worship and teaching and projects. The church is wanting to encourage families worshipping together and I love that. I am praying that it will be a huge blessing for the church and our family.

We also had some friends from Indiana come and visit us yesterday. I have missed them and it was so nice to visit. They will be moving here in August and I am REALLY excited about that. My kids LOVE them too. So it will be like having family here. They are alot younger than us, she was in my honeys youth group. Then became a leader, met her honey got engaged. We counselled them and then married them. That was 2 yrs ago and now they are friends. So it will be nice having them here.
