The Land is Calling

It's official

I just have to stop and praise God first. Praise you Jesus! He is awesome and His ways are truly (alot) higher than mine.

Everyone in my extended family now knows we are moving. It went well. My mom is sad but already trying to work out her schedule so that she can help us move. She is wonderful, she also knows this is going to be a good move for us.

Here is an excellent thing. My niece, who homeschooled with us, is going to get back into her private, Christian school. Now this is not my first choice, obviously, but her mommy works so this is a good one for her. There were no other grades in the whole school with an opening, except 4th grade. So she was allowed to go back. How God is that? He has not just worked this out for us, but worked it out for all the others involved.

So I called a realtor and the search is on for a homestead. That just makes me want to squeal saying that. My honey has said maybe we just get something right now and then as we know the area we will find the place we will want to settle. He could be right. I do know that even if we just get a place for awhile I would like a little land. I want some dogs and a garden, maybe some chickens.So we will see what we end up with.

I am excited, with that butterfly feeling in my belly. I can't wait to get out there and actually see the area. What fun, I definitely am glad I am journalling this time so I won't forget the Hand of God on us.
