The Land is Calling

Today on the homefront

Today I felt yucky. My whole family has been sick over the last week. It really never got me, and still hasn't GOTTEN me. Yet, today I was a bit slower, really tired and my head hurt. We didn't do school today, I just didn't have it in me. I did read with the kids and we did puzzles, watched some movies. It was really a nice quiet day.

I also finished unpacking the last 2 boxes in our bedroom. Did laundry for today and cleaned in my zone (living room) for today. I did not over exert myself at all.

We also played outside for @ 45minutes. It was good to be out. We were suppossed to have had thunderstorms all day, but it was a beautiful day all day. Tonight we have heard that we should have really bad thunder and lightning. That means that I probablly will have some kiddos sleeping with me and my honey later. We have a couple kiddos that don't like lightning at all!!! I am glad to have a BIG bed.

Pretty much a slow day on the homefront. I pray we are all healing and things should be even better tomorrow.
