This is a place for me to share with other women what I have learned over the years and a place for me to be The Country Homemaker that I am and be myself. Linda , aka Simple Countrygirl... It is my desire to bring honor and glory to my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. (The True Bread of Life ) It is a place where I long to share the talents the Lord has given me in the area of my Keeper at Home Duties of Homemaking, Being a godly Woman in the Lord ,Modest Dress, Headcovering (for prayer), Pregnancy, Childbirth ,Childhood Diabetes, Single Parenting, Child Training , Home Schooling ,Nutrition ,Meal Planning , Shopping & Saving Tips, Cooking , Baking, Gardening, Herbal Things, Quilting , Sewing , Crocheting , Cross-stitch , Soap making, Goat Raising , Rabbit Raising , and other Animal Care. It is also a place where I might when time allows share how to do your own Web Design, How to Draw and Paint, Home Decorating, Home Businesses for the Keeper at Home and much much more, if the Lord tarries and allows me the time to share these things. As you glean from the pages here please pray for me as the spirit leads you, I am a Sister in the Lord to those of you who are Born Again Bible Believing and Following Christians. I am no more spiritual than any of you and I do not wish to be looked at as anything more then just an instrument of the Lord's Use in Him doing His Will in our lives. Needed: Baby Boy clothing and girls clothing, Nursing Clothing and Homeschool books

We are in need of clothing for Daniel, at 4 months old on 5/30/08 he is already wearing 9 months clothing.
Yes he is a big boy already and growing daily on just Mammas milk. The Lord is good as he has been very healthy
and a happy baby. My girls are also growing out of everything they own Faith is 6 in August and Hope is 5 in October.

Boys Clothing 12 months and up
Sleepers
Onsies
One Piece outfits for summer and fall
Shoes, Boots, Slippers in 2 and larger
Pants and Shirts

Girls Clothing size 6 and up
Dresses
Jumpers
Shirts
Slips
Tights
Shoes, Boots and Slippers in size 13 and up
Nightgowns, PJs and the like.
Under garments, pantaloons, Cami's ect

Also if anyone has any nursing Dresses, Jumpers, Shirts , Slips in size 20/22/24 or 2X or bigger I am in need.

Also any Rod and Staff books, curriculium and Pathway workbooks and readers are needed in grades
5th and up to 12th grade. Art from the above two publishers also.

Upcoming Quilt Swap: February Swap ( Theme: Love) Fat Quarters

Anyone wanting to join in on this quilt swap will need to sign up by Feb 13th and Mail out their fabrics by Feb 21st.

This swap will be based on how many ladies sign up for the swap. We will be swapping fat quarters and need to purchase 1 fat quarter for each lady in the swap. so if there are 10 ladies in the swap you will purchase 10 fat quarters to send out , 1 to each lady on the swap list. If you are unable to keep your sign up , you must let me know, anyone found not sending out their fat quarters will not be allowed to participate in future swaps.

Fat Quarters can cost anywhere from 1.00 to 2.98 per fat quarter already cut, but you are allowed to buy the fabric and cut your own to send out.

and a little bit about yourself and what you love or have a great fondness for.

All fat quarters are to be mailed out using reg envolopes and stamps and sent out USPS. This way everyone should recieve their fat quarters by the end of the month or beginning of March.

Note: The Next swap will be a Spring Themed Swap in March / April Lordwilling
