This is a place for me to share with other women what I have learned over the years and a place for me to be The Country Homemaker that I am and be myself. Linda , aka Simple Countrygirl... It is my desire to bring honor and glory to my Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. (The True Bread of Life ) It is a place where I long to share the talents the Lord has given me in the area of my Keeper at Home Duties of Homemaking, Being a godly Woman in the Lord ,Modest Dress, Headcovering (for prayer), Pregnancy, Childbirth ,Childhood Diabetes, Single Parenting, Child Training , Home Schooling ,Nutrition ,Meal Planning , Shopping & Saving Tips, Cooking , Baking, Gardening, Herbal Things, Quilting , Sewing , Crocheting , Cross-stitch , Soap making, Goat Raising , Rabbit Raising , and other Animal Care. It is also a place where I might when time allows share how to do your own Web Design, How to Draw and Paint, Home Decorating, Home Businesses for the Keeper at Home and much much more, if the Lord tarries and allows me the time to share these things. As you glean from the pages here please pray for me as the spirit leads you, I am a Sister in the Lord to those of you who are Born Again Bible Believing and Following Christians. I am no more spiritual than any of you and I do not wish to be looked at as anything more then just an instrument of the Lord's Use in Him doing His Will in our lives. Pray for those who would happen upon this site who are not His and are in need of his Saving Grace and Mercy, Who are seeking Him and will Find Him if they are sincere in their search for Him and If you are one of those who comes here seeking Him or seeking information on Homemaking, May the Lord use this site to Bless you and show you His Ways and His Will for your life.

Love is the theme, so you can get those valentines fabrics on sale now for doing this swap and cut your own fat quarters to send out to the ladies on the list.

For Sweet Country Sisters see my original post and the info needing to be sent to me: I will hold out till Monday Ladies for new joinies and then get the list complied and out to your Sweet yet Secret Sisters... This is looking to be a wonderful group of ladies with interesting personalities for you to get to know and bless.

Sweet Country Sisters: My Version of Secret Sisters

I am going to try running a nice session of " Sweet Country Sisters". This will be for the Feb to July session time. All Ladies wishing to sign up need to have their information to me by February 13th, 2008. We will be blessing our Sweet Country Sister at least once a month with any mode of encouragement. ie. Letters, notes, Emails, Small Gifts or items that tell her you truely care for her and want to see her happy and blessed. There is no limit on what you do for your SCS. Please make a seperate email addy for emailing her with ok... ie. YourSweetCountrySister@yahoo or whatever server your using. I would like to see us at least send out a letter a month or note to encourage one another. Each Lady will be sent the info of another on the list to encourage and bless for this year. If you always wanted someone to bless or someone to bless you and keep you encouraged and feeling special, well here is your chance to lordwilling have one or be one. Again anyone not doing their part to encourage their SCS will not be allowed to participate in future sessions. Your first blessing to your SCS will be to her by the End of Feb and no later so mail out or send by the third week of Feb ok.
