Mandarin Orange Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
2/3 C. oil
1 small can mandarin oranges w/juice
Mix well. Bake according to package directions.
Topping:
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding.
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple w/juice
Mix well. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
