What Makes a Pound?

2 c Fat: butter, margarine, grease
2 c Sugar
5 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 1/4 c brown sugar (firmly packed)
4 c sifted all purpose flour
4 3/4 c sifted cake flour
4 sticks butter or margarine
