| Touchdown Taco Dip
16-oz. can refried beans
8-oz. package cream cheese
1-1/4 oz. package taco seasonings mix
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Garnish: sour cream
tortilla chips
Spread refried beans over the bottom of a 9" pie pan; set aside. Combine cream cheese and taco seasonings; spread over beans.
Sprinkle with tomato, onion, and Cheddar cheese; bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Dollop with sour cream before serving; serve with tortilla chips.
