Boy is it cold out for my part of the world. We are expecting our first freeze tonight. Supposed to get into the 20's. The upper 20's! now , I know that does not sound cold to all you folks further north. But for here, that's cold.
I have added lots of extra hay to the bunny cages and chicken coop. Made sure everyone had plenty of food and water and put tarps over the rabbit cages.
Soup is on the stove, lots of firewood brought up from the barn and I am ready to snuggle down until hubby gets home. He will be home about 4:30 am after his 12 hours at the power plant. The kitty cats and I are enjoying the brisk weather.
