Orange Apricot Tea
1 c orange juice
2 1/2 c apricot nectar
1 c spring water
1 T sugar
1 t cinnamon
4 lemon slices
12 whole cloves
2 t instant tea
Fresh mint (optional)
Combine orange juice, apricot nectar, spring water, sugar, and
cinnamon in a medium-size sauce-pan. Insert cloves into each lemon
slice; add to sauce-pan. Heat just to boiling; reduce heat; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in tea. Serve hot or chilled over crushed ice
with a sprig of fresh mint tucked in.
