| POTATO SOUP MIX
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules (or
4 bullion cubes, crumbled)
3 cups instant mashed potato flakes, packed
2 tablespoons instant minced onions
3 tablespoons dried scallions
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon onion powder
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Store in a one quart Mason jar.
Makes 12 servings.
To Serve: Place one-half cup instant soup mix in a
soup bowl, cup or mug. Add one cup of boiling water and stir until smooth. |
