~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This a soft & light cookie - very easy to make
Use a mixer to mix them
They won't be as fluffy if mixed/stired by hand
The buttermilk & cinnamon give it a wonderful, unique flavor
I have used this recipe for the past 30+ years & they have always
turned out perfect.
If you want to get fancy, top with 1/2 candied cherry or pecan half
(that's about as fancy as I get) Can also top with raisins for a
smiley face.
