FRUIT COBBLER PIE
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 large can peaches
Mix flour, sugar and milk together. Melt butter and place in a
9 x 13-inch baking pan. Place flour mixture on top of butter. Pour
fruit over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1
hour.
Any fruit with its juice may be used, such as peach, blackberry,
nectarine or blueberry. Presweeten fruit, if desired. Serves 8 or 10. |

I have a half bushel of fresh peaches waiting on me to can and make jam from. Some i will freeze. I do love peaches, but right now I am so busy with my Pa ( grandfather) being so ill , I wish they were already done!!
