It looks like spring has really arrived here in Central Texas. It is almost like we skipped winter this year. The birds wake me up every morning with all their joyful conversation and song. Every thing is green and growing. We usually have one last frost around mid march every year. But I think we may skip that this year.
My asthma has kept me pretty much indoors and I am way behind on my garden. The grand kids are going to come help me with it this week end. We are already getting asparagus this year. it didn't waste any time coming up.
We were under a tornado watch last night here. Most of the bad stuff missed us. But we had some high winds. My middle daughter has an old Spanish style home with an adobe fence all the way around it. The front part blew down in the straight line winds last night!! No one was hurt. They are remodeling so I guess they can just add a new adobe wall to their list!! Have a great day.
