LIMEAID JELLY
12 oz frozen limeade concentrate
2 1/2 cups wter
1 pkg. Powdered pectin
4 1/2 cups sugar
Mix thawed limeade concentrate with water and powdered pectin in kettle. Stir gently over high heat until bubbles form around edge of pan. Add sugar all at once and stir well. Bring to full, rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Tint with 3 drops of yellow and 1 drop of green food coloring if wanted. Pour into sterilized jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Clean edge of jar and place lid on. Process 10 minute boiling water bath. Yield 6-8oz jars. |
